摘 要:某铅锌矿含铅7.41%、锌13.70%、硫31.25%、碳1.45%,铅锌矿物嵌布粒度微细,属微细粒高硫含碳难选硫化铅锌矿。根据矿石性质,采用“脱碳—铅锌依次优先浮选—铅锌粗精矿再磨精选”工艺流程考察了碳粗选磨矿细度、铅锌粗精矿再磨细度和铅锌浮选药剂制度对选别指标的影响。结果表明,以BK9032为方铅矿捕收剂,以硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠为铅粗精矿精选组合抑制剂,以石灰为黄铁矿抑制剂和pH调整剂,丁基黄药为闪锌矿捕收剂,在碳粗选磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占98%条件下,经实验室闭路试验,可获得铅品位57.91%、铅回收率85.24%的铅精矿和锌品位53.44%、锌回收率86.17%的锌精矿。A lead-zinc ore contains 7.41%Pb,13.70%Zn,31.25%S and 1.45%C,and the dissemination size of lead-zinc minerals is very fine,which belongs to a refractory fine-grained high-sulfur and carbon-containing lead-zinc sulfide ore.According to the ore properties,the effects of grinding fineness of carbon roughing,regrinding fineness of lead and zinc roughing concentrate and flotation reagent system on the separation indexes were investigated by using the technological flowsheet of decarbonization-lead and zinc preferential flotation-regrinding and cleaning of lead and zinc roughing concentrate.The results show that using BK9032 as collector for galena,zinc sulfate+sodium sulfite as combined depressant for cleaning of lead rougher concentrate,lime as depressant for pyrite and pH regulator,and butyl xanthate as collector for sphalerite,under the condition of grinding fineness of carbon rougher grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 98%,the laboratory closed-circuit tests have been carried out.Lead concentrate with lead grade of 57.91%and lead recovery of 85.24%and zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 53.44%and zinc recovery of 86.17%can be obtained.
