摘　　要：浮选厂流程考查由于数据冗余量大,通过数据调整实现自洽是一项繁重的工作。介绍了使用JKSimFloat软件包处理浮选厂流程考查数据,包括金属平衡、数质量平衡、水平衡及分级产品平衡数据。软件包的图形界面可以轻松构建浮选厂的流程图,通过给测量数据设置标准差界定数据调整范围,通过迭代算法实现数据自洽,直接输出数质量流程图、水平衡图或电子表格。Due to the large amount of data redundancy in the process inspection of flotation plant,it is a heavy work to achieve self-consistency through data adjustment.The JKSimFloat software package was used to process the flowsheet data of a flotation plant,including metal balance,mass balance,water balance and classified product balance.The graphical interface of the software package can easily construct the flowsheet of the flotation plant,define the data adjustment range by setting standard deviation for the measured data,realize data self-consistency through iterative algorithm,and directly output quantity and quality flowsheet,water balance flowsheet or Excel worksheet.
