摘　　要：突破传统棒碱制造工艺,以公司现有片碱为原料,研发新型生产工艺及自动化设备,形成片碱制作成棒碱的产业化成套工艺技术,并将棒碱产品成功试用于VCM干燥工艺,降低了PVC生产成本,实现了绿色安全生产。Broke through the traditional bar caustic soda manufacturing process, developed new production process and automation equipment with the alkali as raw materials,formed an industrialized set of process technology for making alkali into bar caustic soda,and successfully tried the bar caustic soda products in the VCM drying process,reduced the PVC production cost and realized green and safe production.
