沙湾水电站泄洪渠防护工程数值模拟计算分析

摘  要:沙湾电站运行到现在,河道边界条件、水流流态等发生了较大变化,对下游河床产生冲刷,危及海漫、消力池甚至大坝的安全。电站采取临时应急防护措施,汛期结束后二道堰右侧部分被冲毁,对尾水渠堤产生威胁。通过三维数值模拟计算,对比分析电站原泄洪渠、临时方案和提出的永久方案的水力特性,发现原泄洪渠海漫末端流场紊乱,临时方案二道堰处产生跌水,两种方案计算流速大,主流靠右岸;永久方案壅水效果好,海漫及下游河道的流速显著降低,主流汇集于河道中间,可减少下游河道的冲刷和保护右岸尾水渠堤。数值模拟结果可为分析工程问题发生的原因及探究永久方案的合理性提供理论依据,对永久方案的实施有一定的参考价值。Since the operation of the Shawan Power Station, the boundary conditions of the river channel and the flow pattern of the water have undergone great changes, which have eroded the downstream riverbed and endangered the safety of the flood, stilling pool and even the dam. The power station took temporary emergency protection measures. After the flood season, the right part of the Erdao Weir was washed away, threatening the tailrace dike. Through the three-dimensional numerical simulation calculation, the hydraulic characteristics of the original flood discharge channel, the temporary scheme and the proposed permanent scheme of the power station were compared and analyzed, and it was found that the flow field at the sea-dwelling end of the original flood discharge channel was disordered. In the temporary scheme, water falls at the second weir. The two schemes calculate the flow rate is large, and the mainstream is on the right bank. The permanent scheme has a good effect of backwatering, the flow velocity of the sea overflow and the downstream river channel is significantly reduced, and the main flow converges in the middle of the river channel, which can reduce the erosion of the downstream river channel and protect the tailwater dike on the right bank. The numerical simulation results can provide a theoretical basis for analyzing the causes of engineering problems and exploring the rationality of the permanent scheme, and have a certain reference value for the implementation of the permanent scheme.
