摘  要:MAN B&W 5G60ME-C9.2型主机是目前实船运行最先进的电喷船舶主柴油机,随着航运市场对节能减排的要求,该机型的电喷主机在船舶上广泛应用。实船运行过程中,出现排气阀液压驱动油油温升高故障,轮机管理人员经过分析排气阀电控原理以及实船工作经验,得出结论:ME-C9.2型电喷主机排气阀上方的节流阀主要起卸荷作用,保证排气阀在开启过程中,不至于行程过高,因此对该节流阀进行解体清洁,故障消除,对日后管理该机型主机管理人员提供一定借鉴作用。MAN B&W 5G60ME-C9.2 main engine is currently the most advanced EFI main diesel engine for ship.With the requirements of the shipping market for energy conservation and emission reduction,the EFI main engine of this model is widely used in ships.During the operation of the real ship,the fault on hydraulic drive oil temperature rise of exhaust valves occurs.After analyzing the principle of electronic control of exhaust valve and the work experience on the ship,the marine engineers draw the conclusion that the throttle valve above the exhaust valve for the ME-C9.2 EFI main engine mainly plays a role of unloading the load to ensure that the exhaust valve will not travel too high during the opening process.Therefore,the throttle valve is dismantled and cleaned,and the fault is eliminated,which provides a certain reference for marine engineers who manage this model of main engine in the future.
