摘 要:鉴于电传飞行控制系统相对于传统的机械式系统具有新颖性和独特性,CCAR25.671条款作为电传飞行控制系统的审查总则已不完全适用。参考国内外民机的适航审定经验,采用ARAC25.671作为电传飞行控制系统的审查总则。通过对比分析CCAR25.671与ARAC25.671的异同点,结合国内民机的适航经历,按照AP-21《航空器型号合格审定程序》规定的适航符合性方法,提出了ARAC25.671条款的符合性验证思路。In view of the novelty and uniqueness of the fly-by-wire flight control systems compared with traditional mechanical systems,the term CCAR 25.671 as the general certification provision is no longer fully applicable.With reference to the airworthiness certification experience of civil aircraft at home and abroad,ARAC25.671 is used as the general certification provision for fly-by-wire flight control systems.This article analyzes the differences and similarities between CCAR25.671 and ARAC25.671.The compliance verification of ARAC25.671 is put forward based on airworthiness experience of domestic civil aircraft and in accordance with the air-worthiness compliance method specified in AP-21“Aircraft Type Certification Procedure”.
