摘 要:四川古镇数量多,美食旅游资源丰富,吸引着众多游客,而对古镇游客美食旅游相关研究较少。通过古镇游客的人口统计学特征及满意度影响因子分析得出,古镇餐饮游客满意度聚焦餐饮服务、餐饮文化和菜品质量三个维度。同时发现,四川古镇特色鲜明,但游客餐饮总体满意度偏低,需要政行协同餐馆提升服务意识和餐饮品质。Ancient towns in Sichuan are attracting tourists with abundant food and tourism resources.However,there are few re-searches on food in ancient towns.By analyzing the demographic features of tourists in ancients town and factors affecting their satis-faction,it is found out that tourist satisfaction with catering focuses on three dimensions,catering service,catering culture and food quality.Despite distinct features of ancient towns in Sichuan,the overall tourist satisfaction with catering is comparatively low.Collab-orative efforts from government and restaurants are needed for enhancing service awareness and food quality.
