摘 要:随着我国优质旅游时代的开创,导游服务面临更高的执业要求和标准。运用布尔迪厄社会实践理论分析导游语言实践场域特征,得出导游服务场域是由导游、旅游者等所构成的社会关系网络,具有临时性和多元化特征,遵循金钱与服务交换的利益最大化原则,涉及人格、尊严、平等的社会伦理关系。通过对导游语言的经济资本、文化资本、社会资本和象征资本等方面的分析,提出提升导游语言资本价值的四条策略:优化导游薪酬体系结构;延长教育培训时间,应用技巧策略,提升语言文化内涵;促进导游语言与社会资本关系的良性互动;开展导游语言自我审查与校正。With the booming development of tourism in China,tour guide services are facing higher requirements and standards. According to Bourdieu’s social practice theory,this paper makes a systematic analysis on practice field characteristics of tour guides’ language and holds that the service field of tour guides belongs to the economic field. It is a social relation network composed by tour guides and tourists with different social positions and status and has the characteristics of temporality and diversity.It follows the principle of profit maximization between payment and services. Based on the analysis of the economic capital,cultural capital,social capital and symbolic capital of tour guide language,this paper puts forward four strategies to improve the capital value of tour guide language:optimizing the salary system structure of tour guide;extending the time of education and training,applying skills and strategies of tour guides’ language,improving the connotation of language and culture;promoting the benign interaction between tour guide language and social capital;carrying out self-examination and correction of tour guide language.
