摘　　要：如何合理有效地对房地产投资项目进行评估,如何选择效益最优的项目实施方案是房地产开发商以及行业研究学者非常关注的问题。在综合考虑房地产项目涉及的各要素基础上,构建AHP⁃TOPSIS的房地产项目评价模型,能为房地产企业或房地产行业项目提供评价。实例证明,该评价模型具有可行性。How to evaluate real estate investment projects reasonably and effectively and how to select the project implementation scheme with optimal benefits are all issues of great concern to real estate developers and industry researchers.Based on the comprehensive consideration of various elements involved in real estate projects,this paper constructs a real estate project evaluation model based on AHP-TOPSIS and provides evaluation for real estate enterprises or projects in the real estate industry,and the examples prove that the evaluation model is feasible.
