摘　　要：目的采用国际通用量表研制程序及方法,研制自身免疫性甲状腺炎(Autoimmune thyroiditis,AIT)中医证素诊断量表。方法采用多中心流行病学调查5家三级甲等医院242例AIT患者,采用多种统计学方法进行条目的筛选和赋分,并应用ROC曲线确定这段阈值,建立AIT中医证素诊断量表;随机选取100例患者进行量表信度和效度的考评。结果AIT中医证素诊断量表包括8个主要证素:气虚证、阴虚证、阳虚证、脾虚证、肝郁证、肾虚证、痰浊证、血瘀证,诊断阈值分别为:9、8、8、4、11、5、11、3分,量表的分半信度为0.674,克朗巴赫系数α(Cronbach’sα)为0.639,因子分析提取3个公因子累计方差贡献度56.545%,各证素得分与量表总分相关系数0.259~0.671(P<0.05)。结论AIT中医证素诊断量表包括8个证素,且具有较好的信度和效度。Objective To establish a diagnostic scale of TCM syndrome element of Autoimmune thyroiditis(AIT)by using the international general scale development procedures and methods.Methods A multi-center epidemiological survey of 242 AIT patients in 5 tertiary A hospitals was used,and various statistical methods were used to screen and assign items,and the ROC curve was used to determine this threshold,and the AIT TCM Syndrome Diagnostic Scale was established;100 patients were randomly selected to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The AIT TCM Syndrome Element Scale includes 8 main syndrome elements:Qi deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency syndrome,Yang deficiency syndrome,Spleen deficiency syndrome,Liver depression syndrome,Kidney deficiency syndrome,Phlegm turbidity syndrome,and blood stasis syndrome.The diagnostic thresholds are:9,8,8,4,11,5,11,3 points,the split-half reliability of the scale is 0.674,Cronbach’sαis 0.639,factor analysis extracts 3 common factors and the cumulative variance contribution rate is 56.545%,and the scores of each syndrome element and the scale The total score correlation coefficient is 0.259~0.671(P<0.05).Conclusion The AIT TCM Syndrome Element Diagnostic Scale includes 8 syndrome elements and has good reliability and validity.
