摘  要:以硫脲(Thiourea)为功能单体制备了硫脲-壳聚糖选择性吸附膜(TU-CS膜).对其进行了扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、溶胀度以及含水率等测试表征.对膜进行了一系列的吸附评价测试并将其用于实际含银废水中A^(+)的选择吸附.FT-IR的表征结果表明,TU-CS膜上成功引入了硫脲基团,通过SEM可以观察到膜的表面均匀平滑、结构致密,在浓度较高的酸性溶液中仍能保持较好的机械性能.在室温条件下,由于巯基与A^(+)的特异性作用,与电驱动力的作用下,该膜对A^(+)有较强的吸附能力,其去除率达到90%,且在实验进行的6 h后达到吸附平衡;但在相同条件下,该膜对Cu^(2+)、Cr^(3+)、Ni^(2+)的去除率均低于10%.当混合溶液中的Cu^(2+)、Cr^(3+)、Ni^(2+)的浓度为A^(+)浓度的100倍时,TU-CS膜对A^(+)的去除率可达60%.将该膜用于实际废水中A^(+)的吸附,当实际水体中A^(+)质量浓度为23 mg·L^(-1),TU-CS膜对其去除率为89%;而同时存在的Fe^(3+)、Cu^(2+)、Cr^(3+)、Ni^(2+)、Zn^(2+)的质量浓度分别为2 259.8、227.5、204.3、201.0、167.3 mg·L^(-1),TU-CS膜对其去除率均未超过8%,表明TU-CS膜对实际含银废水中的A^(+)具有选择性强、去除率高等特点,也说明该膜在回收实际废水中的A^(+)方面具有良好的应用前景.Thiourea-Chitosan selective adsorption membrane(TU-CS membrane) was prepared with thiourea as functional monomer.It was characterized by SEM, FT-IR, swelling degree and water content.A series of adsorption evaluation tests of the membrane were carried out and applied to the selective adsorption of Ag^(+)in actual silver-containing wastewater.Through the characterization results of FT-IR, it can be seen that the thiourea group was successfully introduced into the TU-CS membrane.It can also be observed by SEM that the surface of the membrane is uniform and smooth, the structure is compact, and the membrane still maintains good mechanical properties in acid solution of high concentration. At room temperature, due to the specific interaction between sulfhydryl and Ag^(+), and under the action of electric driving force, the membrane has a strong adsorption capacity for Ag^(+), the removal rate can reach 90%, and the adsorption equilibrium can be reached after 6 hours of experiment.However, under the same conditions, the removal rates of Cu^(2+), Cr^(3+)and Ni^(2+)by the membrane are all lower than 10%.When the concentration of Cu^(2+), Cr^(3+)and Ni^(2+)in the mixed solution is 100 times that of Ag^(+), the removal rate of Ag^(+)by TU-CS membrane can reach 60%.And the membrane was used to adsorb Ag^(+)in actual wastewater.When the concentration of Ag^(+)in the actual water was 23 mg·L^(-1), and the removal rate of Ag^(+)by TU-CS membrane was 89%;Meanwhile, the concentrations of Fe^(3+), Cu^(2+), Cr^(3+), Ni^(2+)and Zn^(2+)were 2 259.8, 227.5, 204.3, 201.0 and 167.3 mg·L^(-1), respectively, the removal rate was less than 8%.It showed that TU-CS membrane had the characteristics of high removal rate and strong selectivity for Ag^(+)in actual silver-containing wastewater, and it also showed that TU-CS membrane has a good application prospect in recovering Ag^(+)from actual wastewater.
