摘　　要：焦炭生产的同时也会伴随产生大量的焦炉煤气,而在焦炉煤气中则含有很多有利用价值的成分,为避免资源浪费并且提升资源利用率,可以将其用作制LNG原料,加强对焦炉煤气的利用,这是营造低碳环境以及提升环保效果的重要措施,同时也关系到焦炭生产的经济性。随着人们对环境污染问题重视程度的不断提升,焦炉煤气处理也成为了焦炭生产中的重要环节。焦炉煤气制LNG,既能缓解焦炉煤气对环境造成的污染,也能提升天然气资源的利用率。焦炉煤气制LNG精脱硫工艺的应用,可以为焦炉煤气制LNG提供有力的支持,能够清除焦炉煤气中的二硫化碳、硫化氢、硫醚以及硫氧化碳等含硫杂质。基于此,文章介绍了焦炉煤气制LNG工艺,并详细分析了焦炉煤气制LNG精脱硫工艺及影响因素。In the coke production,a lot of coke oven gas is also produced at the same time.The coke oven gas contains many useful components.To avoid waste of resources and improve resource utilization,it can be used as raw material of LNG.Strengthening the use of coke oven gas is not only an important measure of creating low carbon environment and improving environmental protection effect,but also is related to the economy of coke production.With the continuous improvement of people’s awareness of environmental pollution,coke oven gas treatment has become an important link in coke production.The production of LNG from coke oven gas can not only alleviate the environmental pollution caused by coke oven gas,but also improve the utilization rate of natural gas resources.The application of f ine desulfurization process from coke oven gas to LNG can provide strong support for coke oven gas to LNG,and can remove sulfur impurities such as carbon disulf ide,hydrogen sulf ide,sulfur ether and sulfur oxide in coke oven gas.Based on this,this paper analyzes process of producing LNG from coke oven gas,and discusses the f ine desulfurization process from coke oven gas to LNG.
