摘　　要：为提高公路山岭隧道的预制化水平,提升工程质量和缩短施工工期,基于实际工程,研发了一种新型预制混凝土排水沟,介绍了其结构形式、沉砂井、排水孔等细部构造,并阐述了其生产工艺、施工技术、现场拼装等技术要点。实际工程应用表明,该预制构件应用效果良好。In order to improve the prefabrication level of road mountain tunnel structure,promote the project quality and shorten the construction period,a new precast concrete drainage is developed.The structural style,sand sediment trapand and drainage hole are introduced,and the key points of production process,construction technology and on-site assembly technology of the precast concrete drainage are described.In addition,practical engineering shows that its application effect is good.
