摘  要:根据预制装配式混凝土结构常见的破坏形式,对层布式陶瓷纤维混凝土进行了抗折强度试验研究。设计了C20、C30、C40三种强度等级的混凝土试件,研究了陶瓷纤维体积掺量、陶瓷纤维层数对混凝土抗折强度的影响。结果表明:掺入陶瓷纤维可以提高混凝土的抗折强度;综合考虑混凝土的抗折强度、经济性和施工便捷性,当陶瓷纤维体积掺量为0.2%、布置层数为2层时,层布式陶瓷纤维混凝土的抗折强度最佳。According to the common failure modes of prefabricated concrete structures,the flexural strength test of laminated ceramic fiber reinforced concrete was studied.The concrete specimens of C20,C30 and C40 strength grades were designed,and the effects of the volume content of ceramic fiber and the number of ceramic fiber layers on the flexural strength of concrete were studied.The results show that adding ceramic fiber can improve the flexural strength of concrete.Considering the concrete flexural strength,economy and construction convenience,when the volume content of ceramic fiber is 0.2%and the number of layers is 2,the flexural strength of laminated ceramic fiber reinforced concrete is the best.
