摘  要:为了探究附加钢筋对改性活性粉末混凝土(MRPC)-普通混凝土(NC)结合面性能的影响,采用正交试验对9组试件进行了极差分析,研究了附加钢筋配筋率、锚固长度、弯钩形式对MRPC-NC结合面性能的影响,并设置了2组无附加钢筋和同配筋率不同钢筋根数的试件作为对照组。结果表明:附加钢筋可有效提高结合面的黏结性能,试件破坏形式由结合面开裂破坏转变为混凝土破坏;通过试验结果和理论分析提出了开裂荷载计算公式,可为MRPC装配式增强节点设计提供参考。In order to explore the influence of additional steel bars on the performance of the modified reactive powder concrete(MRPC)-normal concrete(NC)interface,9 groups of specimens were analyzed by orthogonal test,and the effects of reinforcement ratio,anchorage length and hook form of additional steel bar on the performance of MRPC-NC interface were studied.In addition,2 groups of specimens without additional steel bars and with the same reinforcement ratio and different number of steel bars were set as the control groups.The results show that additional steel bars can effectively improve the bonding performance of the joint surface,and the failure mode of the specimen changes from the joint surface cracking failure to concrete failure.Based on the test results and theoretical analysis,the calculation formula of cracking load is put forward,which can provide a reference for the design of MRPC assembled reinforced joints.
