摘 要:柴油机与涡轮增压器之间的匹配影响发动机性能。本文制定了一种国六发动机增压器选型试验方法,按照动力性、边界条件、排放、经济性依次进行判断筛选增压器,当增压器不能满足优先度较高要求时,不再对该增压器进行后续比较。通过试验,从参与选型的4台增压器中选择出了最适宜发动机的增压器,满足发动机性能需求;提高了增压器选型与匹配的选优试验效率。The matching between diesel engine and turbocharger affects engine performance. In this paper, a experiment method for the selection of turbochargers for the engine meeting China VI vehicle emission standards is developed, which is judged and selected according to power performance, boundary conditions, emissions, and economy.When the turbocharger cannot meet the higher priority requirements, it will no longer be used to make subsequent comparisons with this supercharger. Through the test, the most suitable turbocharger for the engine was selected from the 4 turbochargers that participated in the selection to meet the engine performance requirements;the efficiency of the selection and matching of the turbocharger was improved.
