浙江省无偿献血形势分析与对策

摘　　要：目的探讨浙江省无偿献血发展形势,为进一步完善无偿献血的招募策略提供依据。方法对浙江省2013年~2020年无偿献血人次、献血量及医疗机构床位数进行统计,以杭州市为例分析无偿献血者的构成情况。结果2020年浙江省无偿献血人次、献血量同比2013年分别增长27.08%、26.16%,2020年全省医疗机构床位数同比2013年增长57.06%;2020年杭州市无偿献血人次、献血量同比2013年分别增长17.21%和22.67%,街头献血人次、献血量同比分别下降5.74%、上升2.84%,团队献血人次、献血量同比分别增长43.15%、49.41%,2020年杭州市医疗机构床位数同比2013年增长73.00%。结论浙江省无偿献血发展呈持续增长态势,但增长速度远不及医疗机构扩张速度。无偿献血来源重心由街头向团队转变,需进一步加大街头无偿献血的宣传力度,同时维护和发展团队献血,进一步完善无偿献血招募长效机制保障临床用血。Objective To explore the trend of voluntary blood donation development in Zhejiang province,so as to provide basis for further improving the recruitment strategy of blood donation.Methods The number of voluntary blood donors,the amount of blood donations and the number of beds in the hospitals were statisticaly analyzed in Zhejiang province from 2013 to 2020,and the composition of blood donors was analyzed in Hangzhou region during the same period.Results Compared those in 2013,the number of voluntary blood donors and the amount of blood donations increased 27.08%and 26.16%,and the number of beds in the hospitials increased 57.06%in 2020 in Zhejiang province.The number of voluntary blood donors and the amount of blood donations increased 17.21%and 22.67%in Hangzhou region in 2020 when compared with those in 2013.The number of street blood donors decreased 5.74%while the amount of blood donations increased 2.84%,and the number of team blood donors and the amount of team blood donations increased 43.15%and 49.41%respectively in Hangzhou region from 2013 to 2020.However,the number of beds in the hospitals increased 73.00%in Hangzhou region from 2013 to 2020.Conclusion The development of blood donation in Zhejiang province shows a sustained growth trend,but the growth rate is far lower than the expansion rate of the hospitals.The focus of voluntary blood donation sources has changed from street to team.It is necessary to further strengthen the publicity of street voluntary blood donation,maintain and develop team blood donation,and further improve the long-term mechanism of voluntary blood donation recruitment to ensure clinical blood usage.
