摘  要:目的:探索大学生性格优势在其生活应激诱发神经症性症状中的干预效应。方法:采用学生生活应激问卷(SLSI)和性格优势量表(CSS)测试大学生933人,采用SPSS 21.0和AMOS 18.0做数据处理和分析建模。结果:大学生"自控"性格优势对生活应激源及其反应诱发神经症性症状具有显著负效应(t=-6.063,P<0.001)、社交智慧性格优势对生活应激源及其反应诱发神经症性症状具有显著负效应(t=-5.799,P<0.001),男生"公平(t=-2.051,P<0.05)、社交智慧(t=-5.571,P<0.001)、毅力(t=-2.870,P<0.01)、谦虚(t=-3.106,P<0.01)、爱与被爱(t=-3.727,P<0.001)、自控(t=-2.614,P<0.01)、信念(t=-2.658,P<0.01)"和女生"社交智慧(t=-3.542,P<0.001)、自控(t=-5.032,P<0.001)、希望和乐观(t=-4.695,P<0.001)、激情(t=-2.734,P<0.01)、正直(t=-2.239,P<0.01)、判断力(t=-2.200,P<0.01)"等性格优势分别对男生和女生应激诱发神经症性症状产生显著负效应。8项性格优势显著干预因子直接干预生活应激源、应激反应并间接缓解神经症性症状,再加上性格优势显著干预因子直接干预的总效应为:-0.7156=间接舒缓效应-0.5156(-0.43*0.52+-0.40*0.73)+直接舒缓效应-0.20;此模型的干预或缓解效应的总预测率为75%(R Square=0.75)。结论:大学生性格优势对生活应激源所产生的应激反应具有显著负效应并对其诱发的神经症性症状具有显著负效应,即大学生性格优势对生活应激源、应激反应诱发的神经症性症状具有显著干预效应。因此,培养大学生的性格优势可以有效缓解和预防个体神经症性症状的产生。Objective:To explore the intervention effect of college students’character strengths on stress-induced neurological symptoms in their lives.Methods:The"Student Life Stress Inventory(SLSI)"and"Character Strength Scale(CSS)"were used to test 933college students,and SPSS 21.0and AMOS 18.0were used for data processing and analysis modeling.Results:The character strength"self-control"of college students had a significantly negative effect on life stressors and neurotic symptoms induced by their responses(t=-6.063,P<0.001),the character strength"social wisdom"had a significantly negative effect on life stressors and neurotic symptoms induced by their responses(t=-5.799,P<0.001),the male’s"fairness(t=-2.051,P<0.05),social wisdom(t=-5.571,P<0.001),perseverance(t=-2.870,P<0.01),humility(t=-3.106,P<0.01),love and being loved(t=-3.727,P<0.001),selfcontrol(t=-2.614,P<0.01),faith(t=-2.658,P<0.01)"and the female’s"social wisdom(t=-3.542,P<0.001),self-control(t=-5.032,P<0.001),hope and optimism(t=-4.695,P<0.001),passion(t=-2.734,P<0.01),integrity(t=-2.239,P<0.01),judgment(t=-2.200,P<0.01)"had significantly negative effects on stress-induced neurotic symptoms in male and femalerespectively.8significant intervention factors ofcharacter strengths directly interfered with life stressors,stress responses and indirectly alleviate neurotic symptoms,and coupled with the significant intervention factors of character strength,the total effect of direct intervention was:-0.7156,which included indirect soothing effect-0.5156(-0.43*0.52+-0.40*0.73)and directsoothing effect,which was-0.20.The overall prediction rate of the intervention or mitigation effect of this model was75%(R;=0.75).Conclusion:The character strength of college students has a significantly negative effect on the stress responses produced by life stressors and a significantly negative effect on the neurotic symptoms induced by it.That is to say,the character strength of college students has a significant intervention effect on life stressors and neurotic symptoms indu
