摘  要:目的:为了解新冠肺炎疫情期间在华留学生的心理健康水平,考察社会支持和情绪调节对来华留学生的心理健康的影响。方法:采用突发性公共卫生事件问卷、情绪调节策略问卷和社会支持问卷对245名疫情期间在华留学生进行调查。结果:①新冠疫情期间,在华留学生群体总体上仅呈现轻度的心理症状(维度均分=1.343~1.896);②社会支持均与心理问题呈显著负相关(r=-0.327~-0.181,P<0.01),社会支持与两种情绪调节策略均呈显著正相关(r=0.178~0.674,P<0.01),认知重评策略与5种心理问题呈显著负相关(r=-0.330~0.206,P<0.01),但表达抑制策略仅与恐惧(r=-0.173,P<0.01)和疑病(r=-0.147,P<0.05)呈显著负相关;③情绪调节策略在社会支持与恐惧症状之间存在部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的15.87%。结论:社会支持除直接降低在华留学生心理问题风险,还可通过影响情绪调节策略的使用间接减轻心理问题。Objective:To study the present situation of mental health of overseas students in China during COVID-19 epidemic and explore the influence of social support and emotional regulation strategies.Methods:A total of 245 overseas students in China were surveyed by adopting Psychological Questionnaires for Emergent Events of Public Health,Emotion Regulation Scale and Social Support Scale.Results:①During COVID-19 epidemic,there were only mild psychological symptoms among overseas students in China(equipartition of the dimensions=1.343~1.896).②Social supports were negatively correlated with psychological symptom(r=-0.327~-0.181,P<0.01).Social support was positively correlated with emotional regulation strategies(r=0.178~0.674,P<0.01).Cognitive reappraisal strategy was negatively correlated with five kinds of psychological problems(r=-0.330~0.206,P<0.01),while expressive inhibition was only negatively correlated with fear(r=-0.173,P<0.01)and hypochondriasis(r=-0.147,P<0.05).③Emotional regulation strategy showed partial mediating effect between social support and fear,and the proportion of partial mediating effect was 15.87%.Conclusion:Social support directly reduces overseas students’psychological problem and increase overseas students’emotion regulation,which in turn,decrease overseas students’psychological problem.
