摘 要:能源消耗问题伴随着社会经济的发展越发显著,建筑业作为国民经济的重要支柱产业,其产生的建筑能耗不容忽视,其中公共建筑占比最高。而办公建筑因其特殊的使用职能及存量巨大的问题而更具研究价值和研究意义。本文以太原市既有办公建筑为研究对象,选取太原市典型既有办公建筑进行现状调研。通过调研数据,总结了太原市既有办公建筑围护结构存在的问题,并在此基础上提出相应的节能改造技术,最后通过具体改造案例对节能改造技术进行总结,研究具有一定的参考价值和现实意义。With the development of social economy,the problem of energy consumption is becoming more and more significant.As an important pillar industry of the national economy,the building energy consumption generated by the construction industry can not be ignored,among which public buildings account for the largest proportion.The office building has more research value and significance due to its special function and huge stock.This paper takes the existing office buildings in Taiyuan as the research object,and selects the typical existing office buildings in Taiyuan for the current situation investigation.Through the survey data,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the envelope structure of the existing office buildings in Taiyuan,and puts forward the corresponding energy-saving transformation technology on this basis.Finally,it summarizes the energy-saving transformation technology through specific transformation cases,which has certain reference value and practical significance.
