摘 要:住区的封闭导致居民步行出行受阻,步行路径体系的优化需要居民的短距出行交通需求预测提供数据支撑,其精度直接影响住区规划与设计结果。但相关研究存在以下问题:短距出行在出行环节中被忽视;缺乏更精细层面的研究与调查。文章将分析层次细化到建筑单元,范围界定在包含公交站点、中小学及附近商业设施等周边吸引点的连片居住区;基于居民出行特征,建立VISUM精细交通模型,可以更细致、准确地预测短距出行交通需求。为深入城市交通分析、研究与实践提供有效方法和新的视角。The closure of residential areas has hindered residents’walking trips.The optimization of the walking path system requires the data support of residents’short-distance travel traffic demand forecasts,and its accuracy directly affects the results of residential planning and design.However,related research has the following problems:short-distance travel is neglected in the travel link,and there is a lack of more detailed research and investigation.The paper refines the level of analysis to building units,and defines the scope of contiguous residential areas including bus stops,primary and secondary schools,and nearby commercial facilities,and other surrounding attractions.Based on residents’travel characteristics,the establishment of a VISUM fine traffic model can be more detailed and accurately forecast short-distance travel traffic demand.It provides effective methods and new perspectives for in-depth study on urban traffic analysis,research and practice.
