摘　　要：基于TAPED数据库对2000—2014年中国签订的区域贸易协定数字贸易条款深度进行横向测度,并利用UIBE全球价值链数据库系统检验区域贸易协定数字贸易规则对中国嵌入全球价值链的影响。研究发现:在控制行业层面的特征变量后,数字贸易规则条款深度一体化对中国参与全球价值链的地位指数有显著的正向促进作用。细分参与度后发现,数字贸易规则条款深度一体化能够提高全球价值链的透明度,促进价值链关联,强化中国全球价值链的前向参与度,弱化其后向参与度;细分行业后发现,数字贸易规则条款深度能够显著提升中国各行业的全球价值链嵌入水平,助推中国全球价值链地位攀升。Based on the Trade Agreements Provisions on Electronic Commerce and Data(TAPED),this paper conducts a horizontal measurement of the depth of the digital trade terms of the Regional Trade Agreements(RTAs)signed by China from 2000 to 2014,and uses the UIBE Global Value Chain database(UIBE GVC)system to test the impact of the digital trade rules of Regional Trade Agreements(RTAs)on China’s embedding in the global value chain.The study has found that the deep integration of digital trade rules and terms has a significant positive effect on the index of China’s participation in the global value chain after controlling for the characteristic variables at the industry level.The regression of subdivision participation has found that the deep integration of digital trade rules and terms can improve the transparency of global value chains,promote value chain linkages,strengthen the forward participation of China’s global value chains,and weaken the backward participation of China’s global value chains.The regression by industry has found that the depth of the terms of digital trade rules can significantly improve global value chain embeddedness of China’s agriculture,manufacturing and service industries,and boost China’s position in the global value chain.
