老旧机组延寿改造投资及财务评价分析

摘　　要：国内老旧机组逐渐达到设计寿命,延寿项目逐渐增多。为在前期方案阶段更准确地对项目进行投资估算和财务评价,结合实际工程,分析该类项目与常规新建机组和技改项目的不同,指出需要特殊考虑的内容,避免投资漏项,采用“有无对比”的评价方法,应用增量数据对项目进行财务分析。与实际工程对比,该方法可较准确地体现项目投资和经济性。When the old units gradually reach the design life in our country,life extension technical transformation projects will be increased.In order to obtain more accurately investment estimate and financial evaluation in the early scheme stage,this paper combine with actual project,analyze the differences between life extension technical transformation projects and conventional new units and technical transformation projects,point out the contents which need special attention,avoid omission,and adopt the evaluation method of"with or without comparison",apply incremental data to analyze financial evaluation.Compared with the actual project,this method can accurately reflect project investment and economy.
