摘　　要：加强中国特色海洋文化建设、助力海洋强国软实力提升,是新时代服务海洋强国战略的应有之义。中国传统海洋文化的和平友好、和谐兼容、关怀国家命运等特征构成当代海洋文化的历史底色。中国特色海洋文化建设必须以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想关于海洋强国的重要论述为指引,围绕中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命,在增强国际海洋话语权、统筹海洋文化发展、培养全民海洋文化共识等维度进行构建。On the road of maritime mower, China has to construct featured maritime culture identity in order to enhance his soft-power. Peace,harmony and patriotism,three main consistently features deeply in Chinese maritime culture history, make up of China’s key character contemporary. In order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, China should enhance discourse power of maritime affairs, overall planning maritime culture program, cultivate intercultural consensus on significance of maritime,following by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.
