摘 要:对玻璃纤维窑炉相同熔化面积的纯氧平烧和纯氧顶烧火焰空间进行研究,运用Fluent软件对2种燃烧方式进行模拟,对大碹温度、玻璃液面温度及空间烟气流场进行分析,并结合生产中遇到的问题进行探讨。结果表明:平烧方式可以使玻璃液面获得更为均匀的传热,纵向温度梯度易于调节,高温气流对窑炉耐火材料侵蚀较强;顶烧方式的能量集中度高,配合料熔化速度快,可显著降低耐火材料侵蚀速度。The combustion space of oxy-fuel side-fired and top-fired fibe rglass furnaces with the same melting area was studied.The Fluent software was used to simulate the two combustion methods.The crown temperature,the glass surface temperature and the flue gas velocity field of combustion space were analyzed,and the problems found in production were discussed.The results have shown that side firing can provide more uniform heat transfer at glass level,the longitudinal temperature gradient is easy to adjust,and the high-temperature gas corrodes the furnace refractories more seriouly;while top firing has high energy concentration,which melts glass batch faster and can significantly reduce the erosion speed of refractories.
