摘 要:水平井防砂管柱打捞效率的高低直接影响作业成本,开展防砂管柱打捞精细化设计有助于提高效率。该文基于对渤海油田水平井防砂管柱打捞效率低的分析,针对待打捞防砂管柱较长、环空间隙较大的井,形成了分段切割、套铣、打捞的方法;针对待打捞防砂管柱较短、环空间隙较小的井,形成了切割打捞配合磨铣的方法。实践结果表明,防砂管柱打捞方案精细化设计可有效提高打捞效率,实现工期费用可控,降低作业成本,该文提出的防砂管柱精细化打捞方案设计方法具有一定推广价值。The fishing efficiency of the sand control string for horizontal wells directly affects the operating cost.The refined design of the sand control string helps to improve the efficiency.Based on the analysis about the low fishing efficiency of the sand control string for horizontal wells in Bohai Oilfield,this article has formed the method of segmented cutting,sleeve milling and fishing for wells with long sand control strings to be salvaged and large annular gaps.It also has formed methods of cutting,fishing and milling for wells with shorter pipe strings and smaller annular gaps.Practical results show that the refined design about the fishing scheme of the sand control string can effectively improve the fishing efficiency,realize the controllable of duration and cost,and reduce the operating cost.The design method about the refined fishing scheme of the sand control string proposed in this paper has a certain promotion value.
