普惠金融发展助推乡村振兴战略研究——基于76个县域的证据

摘　　要：本文基于乡村振兴战略五方面的要求,分析了普惠金融助力乡村振兴战略的传导机理。以2012-2019年甘肃省76个县域为研究样本,构建指标体系并测算了乡村振兴水平和普惠金融发展指标。结果表明,甘肃省县域总体乡村振兴水平仍处于低层级,未来发展空间巨大;普惠金融发展水平稳步提升,但大多数县域普惠金融发展处于较低水平。本文进一步构建了双重固定效应下的空间面板杜宾模型,对甘肃县域普惠金融发展与乡村振兴水平之间的关系进行了实证检验,发现县域普惠金融发展对乡村振兴水平具有显著的促进作用,同时也存在较显著的正向空间溢出效应,即由于乡村振兴水平的空间集聚特征,县域普惠金融发展通过促进本县域乡村振兴水平提高,也可以间接推动邻近县域乡村振兴水平提高。Based on the five requirements of Rural Revitalization Strategy, this paper analyzes the transmission mechanism of Inclusive Finance helping Rural Revitalization Strategy. Taking 76 counties in GanSu Province from 2012 to2019 as the research sample, this paper constructs the index system and calculates the Rural Revitalization level and inclusive finance development index. The results show that the overall rural revitalization level of counties in Gansu Province is still at a low level, with huge development space in the future;the inclusive finance development level has steadily improved, but the Inclusive Finance Development of most counties is at a low level. This paper further constructs a spatial panel Durbin model with double fixed effects, and empirically tests the relationship between county inclusive financial development and Rural Revitalization level in Gansu Province. It finds that county inclusive financial development has a significant role in Promoting Rural Revitalization level, and there is also a significant positive spatial spillover effect, The development of county inclusive finance can indirectly promote the level of Rural Revitalization in neighboring counties by promoting the level of Rural Revitalization in the county.
