媒介赋权视域下新生代农民工利益表达倾向及引导研究

摘　　要：新生代农民工权益受到侵害时,或诉诸法律、政策进行制度化利益表达,或通过情感化表达手段进行非制度化利益表达。基于媒介赋权理论,通过对1 402名新生代农民工的研究发现:(1)新生代农民工利益表达倾向以“制度化利益表达”为主导;(2)信息流与主体内部的能动性与复杂性协同影响其利益表达方式的选择;(3)虚拟社交网络强度对制度化利益表达方式的选择有负向作用;(4)媒介信息应用能力、网络话语表达程度对“制度化—非制度化”利益表达方式的选择有正向作用;(5)主观政治效能感对制度化利益表达方式的选择有正向作用,对非制度化利益表达方式的选择有负向作用。在此基础上,对如何引导新生代农民工转向制度化利益表达途径提出相关建议,从而有助于疏解底层群众焦虑和维护社会政治稳定。The new generation of migrant workers either resort to laws or policies to express the institutionalized interest, or express the non-institutionalized interest by means of emotional expression, when their rights and interest are damaged. Based on the media empowerment theory, through the study on 1 402 new generation migrant workers, we found that,(1) the interest expression tendency of the new generation of migrant workers is dominated by“institutionalized interest expression”;(2) the information flow and the internal initiative and complexity of the subject synergistically affect the choice of the way of expressing their interest;(3) the intensity of virtual social networks has a negative effect on the choice of institutionalized interest expression methods;(4) the ability of media information application and the degree of network discourse expression have a positive effect on the choice of“institutionalized or non-institutionalized”interest expression methods;(5) the subjective political efficacy has a positive effect on the choice of institutionalized interest expression methods, and has a negative effect on the choice of non-institutionalized interest expression methods. On this basis, it puts forward some relevant suggestions on how to guide the new generation of migrant workers to turn to the way of institutionalized interest expression, so as to help to relieve the anxiety of the underclass and maintain social and political stability.
