摘　　要：课程思政是从国家战略高度构建的思想政治教育课程新体系,对于高校落实“立德树人”根本任务、增强高校思想政治教育合力、维护高校意识形态安全都具有重要意义。当前,高校课程思政建设虽然取得一定成效,但“立德树人”观念的落实仍需进一步深化,课程思政的“课程体系”仍需进一步优化,教师课程思政能力仍需进一步提升。高校应充分发挥思想政治理论课育人的主导作用,构建思政课+通识课+专业课的“一体两翼”的课程体系,加强课程思政师资队伍建设,进而构建起全课程育人的思想政治教育模式,达到“教书”与“育人”的有机统一、“育人”与“育徳”的协同共进、“知识传授”与“价值引领”的深度融合。Curriculum ideological and political education is a new curriculum system of ideological and political education constructed from the height of national strategy, which is of great significance for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of“fostering morality and cultivating talents”, to strengthen the unity power of ideological and political educatio,and to maintain the ideological security of colleges and universities. Presently, some achievements have been made in the process of constructing Ideological and Political Education through courses in colleges and universities, however, the implementation of the concept of“fostering morality and cultivating talents”needs to be further deepened, the“curriculum system”of Ideological and Political Education needs to be further optimized, and teachers’ ability of Ideological and Political Education needs also to be further improved. Colleges and universities should give full play to the leading role of ideological and political theory courses in educating students, construct the linkage mechanism of the whole-course coordinated education, construct the“one body and two wings”curriculum system containing ideological and political theory courses, general education courses as well as specialized courses, strengthen the lecturers’ quality and ability of Ideological and Political Education, and then build the whole-course model of ideological and political education to achieve the unity of“teaching”and“cultivating talents”, the synergy of cultivating talents and fostering morality, and the deep integration of“imparting knowledge”and“guiding value”.
