摘　　要：本文通过引入物流金融的供应链批发价格契约研究,得出发展物流金融可以同时提高供应链上的利益相关方零售商、制造商利润和供应链整体利润,相比较于简单的批发价格契约模型,引入物流金融的批发价格契约模型可以优化零售商分散决策的订购量。发展物流金融可有效地改善供应链协调机制,进而提升整个供应链的价值。We studied the price-only contract of the supply chain which included the logistics finance,it is concluded that the development of logistics finance can improve the stakeholders in the supply chain at the same time retailers,manufacturers profit and the whole supply chain,compared with simple wholesale price contract model,the introduction of the logistics financial wholesale price contract model can optimize the retailer's decentralized decision making your order.Development of the logistics finance can be effective in improving the supply chain coordination mechanism,thereby enhancing the value of the entire supply chain.
