摘  要:在天车电气设备的位置动作控制中,其多点位置的检测与控制主要是由主令控制器来完成的。目前逐渐推广应用的智能主令控制器以可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)做为主控单元,以程序逻辑代替了机械凸轮的动作,以无触点代替了有触点。智能主令克服了机械主令的各种弊端问题,在现代工业电气自动化控制中得到了广泛的应用。邯钢大型轧钢厂天车控制系统采用ZNLK-16J型主令控制器,用于对天车行走和卷扬位置位移的检测。具有运行可靠、响应速度快、检测与控制精度高、人机界面好、调整方便、抗干扰能力强易于维护等优点,体现出良好的使用性能。本文首先分析了智能主令控制器的工作原理和特点,对其在轧钢天车控制系统中的应用进行了探讨。In the position action control of crown block electrical equipment,the multi-point position detection and control are mainly completed by the master controller.At present,the intelligent master controller gradually popularized and applied is programmable logic controller(PLC)as the main control unit,the program logic replaces the action of the mechanical cam and the contactless replaces the contact.The intelligent master command overcomes various disadvantages of the mechanical master command and has been widely used in modern industrial electrical automation control.The crown block control system of large rolling mill of Handan Iron and steel group adopts ZNLK-16J master command controller to control the crown block traveling and winch position Detection of displacement.The utility model has the advantages of reliable operation,fast response speed,high detection and control accuracy,good man-machine interface,convenient adjustment,strong anti-interference ability and easy maintenance,and reflects good service performance.Firstly,this paper analyzes the working principle and characteristics of intelligent master controller,and discusses its application in the control system of steel rolling crown block.
