摘  要:为解决目前公路隧道行业复合式衬砌竖井结构采用长段单行作业施工工序多、造价高、工期慢的缺点;大亮山隧道参考并吸收煤炭行业建井的设计和施工技术,探索了单层模筑、钢波纹板+模筑衬砌的竖井结构设计和短段掘砌的快速施工方法,实践证明,该方法结构设计合理、成井速度快、造价成本低,可作为公路隧道深大竖井建造的一种新方法。In order to solve the shortcomings of the long-section single-line operation of the composite lining shaft structure in the highway tunnel industry at present,the construction process is high,the cost is high,and the construction period is slow;the Daliangshan Tunnel refers to and absorbs the design and construction technology of well construction in the coal industry,and explores the single-layer construction technology.Shaft structure design of formwork,steel corrugated plate+formwork lining and rapid construction method of short-section excavation.Practice has proved that this method has reasonable structural design,fast well completion speed and low cost,and can be used as a road tunnel for deep and large shafts.A new approach.
