摘　　要：本文介绍了某公交西站小区4号楼砖砌体房屋拆除技术,对房屋拆除的管线拆除与变压器防护、交通导改、房屋拆除、监控量测进行了研究,并针对不同拆除顺序进行比较分析,希望可以为类似砖砌体结构的房屋拆除提供参考。This paper introduces the demolition technology of brick masonry houses in the No.4 building of a bus west station community,and studies the demolition of pipelines and transformer protection,traffic guidance and reform,house demolition,monitoring and measurement.The comparative analysis is hoped to provide a reference for the demolition of houses with similar brick masonry structures.
