贝雷梁在连续梁现浇支架中的应用

摘　　要：针对河尾村立交新增匝道工程采莲河中桥连续箱梁支架体系施工技术进行研究,完成的内容包括:概述工程情况,论述现浇箱梁支架和预压技术。重点研究第二跨上跨采莲河梁架式体系的设计与施工,内容主要包括条形基础、贝雷梁及分配梁结构的设置,贝雷梁结构以上搭设满堂支架本文不做论述。对支架预压的论述主要包括载荷的计算和卸载的方法等。本文的研究可以为类似施工项目提供参考。Research on the construction technology of continuous box girder support system of Cailian River Middle Bridge for the new ramp project of Hewei Village Interchange is carried out.The completed contents include:overview of the project situation,discussion of cast-in-place box girder support and preloading technology.The focus is on the design and construction of the Cailian River beam frame system on the second span and the upper span.The content mainly includes the setting of the strip foundation,the Bailey beam and the distribution beam structure.The discussion on the preloading of the support mainly includes the calculation of the load and the method of unloading.The research in this paper can provide reference for similar construction projects.
