脉冲激光对CCD探测器的毁伤实验研究

摘  要:随着高技术的发展,激光再生产生活中得到了广泛的发展与应用。针对激光的瞬时毁伤效应,展开脉冲激光对CCD探测器的毁伤实验研究,测得在脉冲激光作用下,CCD的像元饱和阈值和完全饱和阈值分别为0.016J/cm2、0.21J/cm2;并根据实验结果计算CCD探测器达到点毁伤、线毁伤、暗线毁伤、完全毁伤相应的毁伤阈值分别为0.366J/cm2、0.748J/cm2、0.897J/cm2。With the development of high technology,laser reproduction has been widely developed and applied in daily life.Aiming at the instantaneous damage effect of laser,the damage experiment of pulsed laser on CCD detector is carried out.It is measured that the pixel saturation threshold and complete saturation threshold of CCD are 0.016J/cm2 and 0.21J/cm2 respectively under the action of pulsed laser;According to the experimental results,the corresponding damage thresholds of CCD detector for point damage,line damage,dark line damage and complete damage are 0.366J/cm2,0.748J/cm2 and 0.897J/cm2 respectively.
