摘 要:在“双碳”目标下,智能发展、低碳转型、多元融合,商业模式日新月异,能源互联网正稳健发展。以储能+高效变流为基础,以数字化、信息化、智能服务为核心的移动储能,在构建未来城-镇-乡-村“移动能源互联网”中将承担重要角色。提出的新型智能化储能车能够实现能量双向流动,接入配电网后能够根据所采集到的支路电压、电流计算输出功率,自动调整自身输出功率,从而实现对台区负荷曲线的调整,减小高峰时段的供电压力。该智能化储能车结构紧凑、机动灵活,可在负荷高峰时段接入,其余时段退出配电网,不涉及基础建设。该新型智能化储能车作为可灵活调度资源,可应用于削峰填谷、不停电作业、台区动态增容、分布式发电及微电网、巨量电动汽车充电、用户侧用电备用等多种场景,助力高弹性配电网建设,具有广阔的发展前景。Under the goals of carbon peak dioxide emissions and carbon neutralization,intelligent development,low-carbon transformation,diversified integration and business models are changing rapidly.The energy internet is developing steadily with an irresistible trend.Based on energy storage+efficient flow conversion,with digital information technology and intelligent services as the core,the mobile energy storage will play an important role in building a mobile energy internet of cities and towns in the future.The new intelligent energy storage vehicle proposed in this paper can realize the two-way flow of energy.After connecting to the distribution network,it can calculate the output power according to the collected branch voltage and current,and automatically adjust its own output power,so as to adjust the load curve of the station area and reduce the power supply pressure in peak hours.At the same time,the intelligent energy storage vehicle is compact in structure and flexible.It can be accessed during peak load hours and exit the distribution network in other periods,which does not involve infrastructure and has strong flexibility.As a flexible dispatching resource,the new intelligent energy storage vehicle can be used in many scenarios,such as peak shaving and valley filling,uninterrupted operation,dynamic capacity increase in the station area,distributed generation and microgrid,massive electric vehicle charging,user side power reserve and so on.The energy storage vehicle can help the construction of high elastic distribution network and has broad development prospects.
