摘 要:中性线断线故障的识别与定位对低压配电网的故障诊断有重要作用,有利于故障识别与快速检修,保护用户的人身与财产安全。分布式电源在低压侧的大量接入使得配电网的网架结构发生改变,功率双向流动以及故障特征的变化给传统故障识别定位方法带来了巨大挑战。针对低压主动配电网,提出了一种基于分布式测量的中性线断线故障识别与定位方法。首先分析中性线断线故障的电气量变化,然后利用负荷侧电压变化量对故障区段进行初步判定,最后综合故障情况下中性线电流、系统侧接地线电流变化特征,识别故障并确定系统的故障位置。该方法能够解决仅依靠负荷侧电压检测故障带来的误判问题,实现中性线断线故障的准确识别和区段定位。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。The identification and location of neutral line broken fault plays an important role in the fault diagnosis of low-voltage distribution network,which is conducive to the identification of fault and maintenance rapidly,and protects the personal and property security of users.The large number of distributed generation in the low-voltage side makes the structure of distribution network change.The two-way flow of power and the variation of fault characteristics bring great challenges to the traditional fault identification and location methods.In view of active distribution network,this paper proposes a method of identification and location of neutral line broken fault based on distributed measurement.Firstly,the changes of electric parameters at load side after fault are analyzed.Then,the fault section is preliminary determined by using the changes of load side voltage preliminarily.Finally,the identification and location of fault of the system is integrated determined based on the characteristics of neutral line current and grounding current at system-side under fault condition.This method can solve the misjudgment problem caused by only relying on voltage detection fault at the load side.It also can realize the identification and section location of neutral line broken fault accurately.The results of the simulation analysis show the effectiveness of the method.
