摘　　要：海洋电磁探测方法是海洋油气资源勘探主要手段,目前电磁发射机可控源电路为电能单向流动,当发射偶极释放储能时,无法回馈能量,导致直流母线电压升高,开关管电压应力增大,甚至烧毁滤波电容、开关管,无法保证水下拖体在深海中长时间可靠工作。此处以双有源桥(DAB)变换器作为发射机可控源电路,首先介绍拓扑结构、工作原理与软开关限定条件,然后设计了双模控制策略,采用电感电流应力优化控制保证稳态工作,采用单变量扩展移相(EPS)滑模控制实现感性负载中能量快速回馈。仿真与实验结果表明:所提电路显著减少了母线电压冲击和开关管电压、电流应力,提高了系统效率和动态性能,满足了深海油气资源勘探需求。The marine electromagnetic detection method is the main method for the exploration of marine oil and gas resources.At present,the controlled source circuit of the electromagnetic transmitter is a unidirectional flow of electric energy.When the emission electrode releases the stored energy,the energy can not be feedback,which causes the DC bus voltage to rise and the switch tube voltage stress increases,and even the filter capacitors and switch tubes are burned,which can not guarantee the long-term reliable operation of the underwater tow body in the deep sea.A dualactive bridge(DAB)converter is presented for the controlled source circuit of the transmitter.Firstly,the topologic structure,operation principle and soft-switching constraints are introduced,and then a dual-mode control strategy is designed.The inductor current stress optimization control is adopted to ensure steady-state operation,and the univariate extended-phase-shifting(EPS)sliding mode control is adopted to realize fast energy feedback of inductive load.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed circuit significantly reduces the bus voltage impact and switch tube voltage and current stress,improves the efficiency and dynamic performance of the system,and meets the needs of deep-sea oil and gas resource exploration.
