摘 要:介绍了相关标准中对冲击电流的要求,提出了一种开机瞬间冲击电流的计算方法,根据计算结果可决定是否对冲击电流进行抑制处理。并比较了几种常用的冲击电流抑制电路,提出一种优化的基于MOSFET的冲击电流抑制电路,该电路具有损耗低、可靠性高、器件选型简单等优点。通过软件仿真验证了冲击电流计算方法的准确性和抑制电路的可行性,最后对冲击电流抑制电路进行了实验验证。The requirements of inrush current in related standards is introduced,then one method of calculating the inrush current for DC power supply is proposed.The calculation result is compared with requirements and decide whether to suppress it or not.Then several circuits for inrush current suppression are introduced,and a new improved suppression circuit based on MOSFET is proposed which has the advantages of low power loss,high reliability and simple components selection.The accuracy of the inrush current calculation is verified by the simulation result and the feasibility of the improved inrush current suppression circuit is verified by the experimental result.
