摘 要:随着中高压变频器在工业变频领域广泛应用,级联H桥多电平变频器采用模块化设计理念,通过多个相同的低压变换单元级联起来实现高压及大功率的功能。为此介绍一种每相由8个H桥变换单元级联的多电平变频器、相应的载波移相正弦波脉宽调制技术,以及基于电压型磁链观测器的无速度传感器矢量控制策略。通过实时数字仿真(RTDS)和变频器带异步电机拖动实验验证了该级联H桥多电平变频器采用所提出的控制策略具有良好的起动和变频性能,为中高压大功率传动领域提供了技术保障。With the wide application of medium and high voltage inverter in the field of industrial frequency conversion,cascaded H-bridge inverter adopts modular design concept,and realizes the functions of high voltage and high power by cascading the same low voltage converter units.So a multilevel inverter with eight H-bridge conversion units cascaded in each phase,the corresponding carrier phase shifted sine wave pulse width modulation technology,and the speed sensorless vector control strategy based on voltage type flux observer are introduced.Through the real time digital simulation(RTDS)and the drive experiment of the inverter with asynchronous motor,it is verified that the cascaded H-bridge multilevel inverter has good starting and frequency conversion performance by using the prorposed control strategy,which provides technical support for the field of medium and high voltage and high power transmission.
