摘　　要：利用机械式真空阀的工作原理,结合铝合金铸件的品质和使用性能需求,制定不同的抽真空工艺进行试验,并通过X光研究铝合金压铸壳体件内部品质与真空工艺的关联性。同时研究了机械式真空阀故障对产品的影响。Based on the working principle of mechanical vacuum valve, combined with the quality and performance requirements of aluminum alloy die casting, different vacuum extraction processes were developed and tested, and the correlation between the internal quality of aluminum alloy die casting and vacuum process was analyzed by X-ray detection method. In addition, the influence of mechanical vacuum valve failure on the product was expounded.
