摘 要:研究了在高真空压铸状态下,不同热处理工艺对AlSi10MnMg减震塔力学性能的影响,分析了热处理工艺中各因素对减震塔力学性能的影响。结果表明,在同样热处理条件下铸件不同区域力学性能有所不同,靠近内浇口部位的性能好于填充末端位置。从T6热处理试验结果可以看出,较低的固溶温度和较长的人工时效时间可以获得较高的力学性能。另外,高真空压铸件中仍然存在少量气孔,厚大部位还有一些缩孔和缩松。The effects of different heat treatment conditions on the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy AlSi10 MnMg structural parts were investigated under high vacuum die-casting. The contribution of various factors on mechanical properties in the heat treatment process was analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties of the parts at different positions are different on the same heat treatment conditions, and the mechanical properties of the parts near the inner gate are superior to those at the end position. After T6 heat treatment, a lower solution temperature and a longer artificial aging time contribute to desirable properties. In addition, a small amount of pores still exist in the high vacuum die castings, and shrinkage and cavities are also found in the thick areas of the castings.
