摘 要:针对某型号复杂结构发动机泵体,在熔模铸造过程中采用手工制壳,工作强度大且型壳壁厚均匀性差。基于泵体的结构特征,针对陶瓷型壳的沾浆淋砂等环节进行了机械手自动化制壳工艺设计与应用验证。结果表明,与手工制备的型壳相比,采用机械手制备的型壳壁厚差由124%降低到13%,人力成本也显著降低。Aiming at the complex structure of a certain type of engine pump and high working strength and poor uniformity of wall thickness of manually prepared shell during the investment casting, the process design and application verification of the automatic shell-making by manipulator were carried out for the dip-coating and stuccoing of the shells based on the structural characteristics of the pump. The results indicate that the wall thickness difference of the shell-making by the manipulator is reduced from 124% to 13% compared to the manual one, with human costs reduced significantly.
