摘  要:低合金钢中由于元素偏析大、导热性能差,有严重的裂纹产生倾向。针对锁座铸钢件熔模铸造出现的裂纹和缩孔、缩松问题,采用ProCAST软件进行了模拟分析,并通过改进浇注方案和验证,解决了缺陷问题。结果表明,Niyama值较低、凝固时间较长的位置更容易出现缩孔、缩松和裂纹缺陷,综合采用凝固时间和Niyama判据能够更为准确地确定铸件缺陷产生位置。Due to the large element segregation and low thermal conductivity in cast low alloy steel, serious cracks is easily formed. In order to eliminated the defects of hot crack and shrinkage porosity, ProCAST software was used to simulate the solidification process. The pouring system was modified and verified to eliminate the defects. The results indicate that the lower Niyama value and longer solidification duration are prone to form shrinkage cavity and crack defects. Therefore, the casting defect location can be determined accurately by combination of solidification time and Niyama criterion.
