摘　　要：当今城市更新的需求和活力社区的挑战影响了学校和大学校园的建设与改造,而这一内容在提高社区的多功能性以及增强社会经济生态系统方面发挥了重要作用。由于每个国家的历史与人口状况不同,其学校和大学建筑呈现出不同的尺度、类型、形态和设计特点,它们的设计构思也基于政府出台的政策和计划,并受到基础设施发展状况和城市环境品质的制约。鉴于校园与现有城市和混合功能区域的潜在积极互动,学校和大学校园仍是实验和设计未来社会的重要机会。The needs of contemporary urban regeneration interventions and the challenges of dynamic communities, influenced recently the construction and the transformation of school and university campuses playing an important role for the multifunctional enhancements of neighborhoods and social and economic ecosystems.School and university buildings present different dimensions, typology, morphology and design character depending on the historical moment and demographic condition of each country. They are conceived also on the basis of the policies and programs introduced by the governments, and are conditioned by the state of infrastructural development and quality of the urban environment. School and University campuses still represent significant opportunities to experiment and design advanced future societies considering their potential proactive interaction with existing cities and complex territories.
