摘　　要：锦州满铁厚生会馆是具有重要历史价值的城市近代建筑之一,是城市发展演变历程的重要见证。研究基于现场勘察、历史资料调查和建筑数字化复原,首先梳理了锦州满铁厚生会馆的概况和历史沿革,从空间公共性和私密性共融的角度分析了建筑功能空间布局;其次,探索了现代式风格与草原式风格相协同的建筑风格与形式特征,介绍了建筑结构体系与供暖设备的应用;再次,分析了园林的日式风格整体布局和景观要素特征;最后,从整体保护、功能更新和改造修缮等层面论述了历史建筑保护与再利用的现状和存在的问题。The Manchuria Railway Welfare Hall in Jinzhou is a modern urban building with important historical value,and is an epitome of the development of Jinzhou.This paper presents a detailed description and analysis of the historical building,which is based on field study,historical data investigation and building digital restoration.First,it introduces the general situation and historical evolution of Jinzhou Manchurian Railway Welfare Hall,and analyses the architectural function layout from the perspective of space publicity and privacy.Second,by sorting out the architectural style and formal features coming from modern style and prairie style,the characteristic analysis of the building is carried out,and also it introduces the application of building structure system and heating equipment.Furthermore,the study on the garden is derived by comparing the overall Japanese-style garden layout and landscape elements.Finally,the current situation and existing problems of the protection and reuse of historical buildings are illustrated from the scale of overall protection,functional renewal and renovation.
