区域生态效率与旅游产业效率的耦合协调及时空分异——以贵州省9个市(州)为考察样本

摘　　要：随着“两山理论”在国家生态文明试验区的创新实践,经济高质量与绿色发展方式成为贵州省后发赶超的重要驱动力。生态效率和旅游产业效率是衡量旅游经济发展质量好坏的核心指标,论文通过构建投入—产出模型,运用超效率SBM方法,基于面板数据,测度贵州省9个市(州)的生态效率与旅游产业效率及其耦合协调度,分析和揭示其时空分异与内在机理。研究发现,贵州省生态效率、旅游产业效率总体呈现“U”型发展形态,并表现出中期效率转移、后期整体升级的趋势,从耦合协调度看,贵州省区域生态效率与旅游产业效率耦合水平较高,呈现总体协调发展态势,部分市(州)实现了后发赶超。这为揭示后发省份旅游经济高质量发展逻辑提供了现实解读依据。With the innovation and practice of “Two Mountains Theory” in the national ecological civilization experimental area,the high-quality and green development mode of economy has become an important driving force for Guizhou Province to catch up with the latter.Ecological efficiency and tourism industry efficiency are the core indicators to measure the quality of tourism economic development.This paper,by constructing input-output model,using super efficiency SBM method and panel data,measures the ecological efficiency and tourism industry efficiency and its coupling coordination scheduling in nine cities and prefectures in Guizhou Province,and analyzes and reveals its spatial and temporal differences and internal mechanism.The results show that the ecological efficiency and tourism industry efficiency of Guizhou Province are generally in the form of “U”-shaped development,and show the trend of medium-term efficiency transfer and overall upgrading in the later period;from the perspective of coupling coordination degree,the coupling level of regional ecological efficiency and tourism industry efficiency in Guizhou is relatively high,showing the overall coordinated development trend,and some cities and states have achieved the post development and overtaking.This provides a realistic basis for revealing the logic of high-quality development of tourism economy in the later provinces.
