摘 要:水动力学半径是衡量聚合物注入能力的重要参数。通过统计同系列的普通聚合物(部分水解聚丙烯酰胺)和疏水缔合聚合物的产品质量检测结果,并测量相应聚合物的水动力学半径,分析聚合物Huggins常数与性能参数关系,得到一种定性评估同系列聚合物水动力学半径大小的方法。Huggins常数变化与聚合物分子结构、官能团有关,一定条件下,部分水解聚丙烯酰胺的Huggins常数随水解度增加呈指数增加趋势,疏水缔合聚合物的Huggins常数随黏度增加呈现线性增加趋势,少数分子结构异化的聚合物偏离上述变化规律。因此根据产品质量检测结果,统计2种聚合物的Huggins常数与性能参数关系,可以较简易准确地对比评价同系列聚合物的水动力学半径相对大小。Hydrodynamic radius is an important parameter to evaluate polymer injection ability.By counting the product quality test results of the same series of ordinary polymers(partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide)and hydrophobically associating polymers,measuring the hydrodynamic radius of the corresponding polymers,and analyzing the relationship between polymer Huggins constant and performance parameters,a method for qualitatively evaluating the hydrodynamic radius of the same series of polymers was obtained.The change of Huggins constant was related to the molecular structure and functional groups of the polymer.Under certain conditions,the Huggins constant of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide increased exponentially with the increase of degree of hydrolysis,the Huggins constant of hydrophobically associating polymer increased linearly with the increase of viscosity,and a few polymers with dissimilated molecular structure deviated from the above change law.Therefore,according to the product quality test results and the relationship between Huggins constant and performance parameters of the two polymers,the hydrodynamic radius could be compared and evaluated easily and accurately.
