摘 要:镇原油田管线及储罐结垢现象异常严重,且无有效的防垢措施。首先分析了镇原油田方山作业区合53区域和演116区域2种水样的水型,然后利用结垢预测软件OLI ScaleChem预测了混合水样的结垢趋势并通过室内实验进行了验证。针对混合水产生的SrSO_(4)和CaCO_(3)垢,研发了由马来酸酐(MA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)共聚反应而成的硫酸锶(SrSO_(4))防垢剂P(MA/MMA)以及羧甲基化菊粉碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))防垢剂CMI,并考察了二者复配后对混合水样的防垢性能,并分析了防垢机理。结果表明,镇原油田方山作业区合53和演116水样中含有较多的成垢离子,具有结垢倾向。利用OLI ScaleChem结垢预测软件预测结果表明合53水样和演116水样体积比为8∶2时成垢量高达587 mg/L,垢型为CaCO_(3)和SrSO_(4)。试验验证结果与预测结果基本相符。CMI与P(MA/MMA)复配比为4∶6的复配防垢剂CQ-SI,加量为150 mg/L时对混合水样的防垢率可高达93.5%。CQ-SI通过与成垢阳离子形成螯合物而抑制垢的生成,并通过离散、分离垢样发挥优异的防垢效果。The scaling of pipelines and storage tanks in Zhenyuan oilfield is very serious,and there are no effective anti-scaling measures.Firstly,the water types of two water samples in He 53 and Yan 116 in Fangshan operation area of Zhenyuan oilfield were analyzed,and then the scaling trend of mixed water samples was predicted by using the scaling prediction software OLI ScaleChem,which was verified by indoor experiments.Carboxymethylated inulin calcium carbonate(CaCO_(3))scale inhibitor CMI,and strontium sulfate(SrSO_(4))scale inhibitor P(MA/MMA)was prepared.The anti-scaling performance of the P(MA/MMA)and CMI on mixed water was studied,and its anti-scaling machine was analyzed.Results showed that there were lots of scaling ions in He 53 and Yan 116 water in Fangshan of Zhenyuan oilfield,and there were scaling tendency when they are mixed.Prediction results showed that when the volume ratio of He 53 to yan116 water was 8∶2,the scale amount was as high as 587 mg/L,and the scale types were CaCO_(3) and SrSO_(4).The experimental results were basically consistent with the predicted results.The scale inhibition rate of compound scale inhibitor CQ-SI,the mass ratio of CMI to P(MA/MMA)bening of 4∶6,could be as high as 93.5%when the dosage was 150 mg/L.CQ-SI inhibits the formation of scale by forming chelates with scaling cations,and plays an excellent anti-scaling effect by dispersing and separating scale samples.
