及时更新的诊疗方案对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的临床价值

摘　　要：分析1例从外地到深圳探亲的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的确诊经过,明确诊疗方案及时更新对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的临床价值。2020年1月21日,该患者无发热、肺部CT无肺炎影像学表现,不符合疑似病例诊断标准,要求居家隔离观察即可。然而,根据2020年1月27日国家卫生健康委员会发布的新版诊疗方案《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案(试行第四版)》,该患者当时的临床表现符合疑似病例诊断标准,要求患者必须入院隔离观察,有效避免了漏诊和社区传播。因此,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发期间,国家卫生健康委员会实时更新和发布的诊疗方案具有非常高的临床应用价值,有效指导了疫情防控。Analyzed the diagnosis process of a patient infected with Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) who visited relatives in Shenzhen,to clarified the clinical value of the diagnosis and treatment guideline for prevention and control of COVID-19.On January 21,2020,the patient was absence of fever and no pneumonia imaging findings by CT scanning,it did not meet the diagnostic criteria for suspected cases,so the patient justbe required for home quarantine and observation.However,according to the new version of guideline issued by the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China on January 27,2020,the patient must be required for home quarantine and observation which clinical featurewas met the diagnostic criteria for suspected cases,so the missing diagnosis and community transmission were avoided.Therefore,during the outbreak of COVID-19,the diagnosis and treatment guidelinestimely updated and published by the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China were very practical which effectively controlled the epidemic of COVID-19.
